Welcome to the Vestor website.

The Vestor team gets its energy from working on what it likes the most: real estate. We therefore work hard creating, building and optimizing the real estate portfolios of our trusted partners and ourselves. In doing so we search for, buy and develop real estate. Vestor works creatively with data and likes to think out of the box. This is how we get closer to our next real estate challenge every day.

The company, established in Rotterdam, was started by two good friends. Both share a passion for real estate, they also share the same values and entrepreneurial spirit. Brian van der Sluijs worked at one of the largest international commercial real estate service firms. Dax Ravestein was part of a large investment company focussed on the residential market. The two merged their knowledge and experience into Vestor. Due to our working method Vestor has come to be known as a young, energetic, proactive and trustworthy company in the real estate market.

INVESTMENT PROFILE

Vestor is continuously looking for interesting real estate investments and locations to which value can be added. We believe that personal contact is the cornerstone of a smooth deal. In that regard it is quite possible that you have already been contacted by Vestor, we are constantly exploring the market eagerly.

At Vestor we focus on real estate investments and development. We invest in commercial real estate (offices and logistics) from a ticket size of approximately EUR 5 Mio. In terms of development we operate on the residential market and look for locations with a potential of at least 20 units and a possible commencement of the building works within 5 years. We prefer to invest and develop in the Randstad area of the Netherlands.

In short: If you are considering to sell your real estate (portfolio) or a plot of land, we will be happy to investigate the possibilities with you. We can always provide you with a competitive proposal.

Thanks to our experience and track record we understand the wishes of a landlord in the process of selling real estate like no other. That is why we conduct business with a realistic view of the market. At Vestor we prove this by providing competitive offers with as less reservations as possible (never financial reservations) and our transparent way of working. Real estate will eventually only be sold at the right price, to the right trustworthy buyer and through a clear process. Below you will find our acquisition process. Of course we understand that each process has its own challenges. Please know that we like to think along with you, whatever the situation.

1. The phone call
It all starts with the first telephone conversation in which we ask you for some basic details about the property. You can think of a simple rent overview, a check on the surface, maps and most important: your asking price.

2. Indicative proposal
After we have received the basic details we will execute some calculations in order to provide you with our indicative offer. All our straight forward competitive offers will be
checked on market conformity.

3. Consultation
Once you have had the chance to consider our offer, we will contact you in order to discuss our proposal. This way we hope to come to an agreement and talk about how we can smoothly proceed with the process.

4. Price agreement
As soon as we agree on the price we will provide you with our Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) including the details of the deal. We will have close contact in drafting the SPA because it is important that your wishes are also included in the document.

5. Investigation
Sometimes we do include a short period of Due Diligence in our SPA. We do this to be absolutely sure that everything is according to expectation. During the period of investigation we check important aspects like technicality, legality and engineering.

6. Transfer
When the investigation leads to a positive outcome, the process will proceed with the transfer of ownership by the notary. After the transfer of ownership we would like to invite
you to celebrate the successful closing of the deal.
